With the early development of 165 single-family homes built by The Providence Group, as well as 560 luxury multifamily units built by JLB Partner, the residential development set a new standard for southern Forsyth County.

Seven Oaks Company and its long-time partner Orkin & Associates are currently master planning the remaining 28 acres for vertical commercial development which will include 250,000 square feet of retail and office uses, as well as over 200 units of age-restricted residential product, all centered around a walkable town center retail district. The expected completion date is in 2030. Located at the new McGinnis Ferry interchange at GA-400, which opens in March , 2026, this project will be one of the finest mixed-use developments in Forsyth County.
